**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Teaching**:

- Instructing students in key language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing with emphasis on practical communication.
- Develop course materials, syllabus, and assessment methods.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth.

**2.** **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the design and improvement of soft skills training programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Adapt teaching materials to cater to the diverse needs of students.

**3.** **Student Support**:

- Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of students.
- Encourage students to improve their confidence to speak on public platforms, and attend interviews, viva sessions, examinations, etc.
- Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities and competitions.

**4. Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching/ training skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and ideas.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years as a Soft Skills Trainer
- Possesses a variety of skill sets including time management, multi-tasking, interpersonal and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to communicate in English without Mother Tongue Influence.
- Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in educational technology tools related to training.
- A team player who is supportive, flexible and ready to take on additional tasks.
- Patience, empathy, and a student-centric approach to teaching.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
