**Reporting to**: Global Head, Sales Talent Acquisition

Now, we’re growing fast in APAC and looking for a Sales Recruiter to help us build world-class teams across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success. This contract role is all about finding top talent who are driven, collaborative, and ready to make an impact. **What You’ll Do**:

- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across APAC and ANZ, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring we always have access to the best sales and customer-facing professionals.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on hiring trends, market intelligence, and recruitment strategies.
- Manage ATS and recruitment tools efficiently (experience with JazzHR or Workday is a plus).
- Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations to secure the best talent.

- ** Experienced in SaaS sales recruiting** - You’ve successfully placed Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success professionals before.
- ** Fluent in English** - Additional APAC languages are a plus.
