**Job Title**: Workman

**Job Summary**:
The workman is responsible for carrying out tasks that support the production and maintenance operations within the organization. This role may involve physical labor, use of tools, and collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow blueprints, sketches, and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other workers and supervisors to complete projects on time.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Formal ITI certificate in relevant branch or 10th pass/Abled to read and write in Hindi and Basic English.
- 1 year experience post ITI or Min. 3 years of experience in relevant field i.e. Workman.

**Working Conditions**:

- May require working in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Potential exposure to hazardous materials; proper safety training will be provided.
