**Job Summary**

Sales Executive will be responsible to accomplish business development activities by researching and implementing marketing opportunities and plans. Its main objective is to generate revenue by converting prospects into customers.

**Key roles and Responsibilities:

- Following directions, road maps / targets defined by the Business Development Manager;
- Build excellent contacts / network;
- Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities;
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities;
- Initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company;
- Handling marketing activities with the directors, handling customer enquiries;
- Communicating with clients prior to their requirement and recording all correspondence;
- Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand name awareness;
- Assisting with promotional events;
- Attending and presenting at trade shows;
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the work ;
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share;
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
- **Qualification:

- Any Graduation** or MBA(Marketing)
- **Work Experience:

- ** Min 6 months of Exp. in Sales. Must be from Real Estate Industry.

- **Salary:

- ** 10,000 to 20,000 Per Month
- **Skills:

- ** Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Understanding the Customer, Service Development, Client Relationships, Strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude, Excellent written communication skills, particularly for a sales audience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
