An Office Assistant helps an office stay organized by taking care of various administrative tasks.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for other employees
- Managing office supplies
- Responding to customer queries
- Greeting and receiving visitors
- Helping manage the office correspondence
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
- Plan and organize company events or meetings.
- Assist in creating reports by gathering data and preparing basic presentations.
- Serve as a central point for internal communications, distributing memos, updating bulletin boards, and relaying messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining proper storage, retrieval, and distribution.
- Opening and closing office.
- Dispatching materials and organizing transportation.

Bike compulsory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
