We are hiring for the role of Internal Move coordinator with a leading logistics company based in Kolkata.

Job Role: Internal Move Coordinator

**Responsibilities for this position include**:
Coordinate and supervise clerical/secretarial support function for Manager of Occupancy Planning

Coordinate with move labor, property management, facilities management

Communicates clearly and hospitably with the guest to meet their needs and deliver service with a high level of excellence

Schedules movers

Schedule meetings/conference rooms (including specifics), maintain calendars, for move management team

Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures

Manage one-off relocations and office set-ups for client new hires and terminations

Receive all requests for end user moves
- Any Industry
- Should have knowledge about computer
