**Job Title: Admin Executive**
As an Admin Executive, you will hold a critical responsibility to support day-to-day operations by performing various administrative and organizational tasks.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Greet visitors and professionally manage all inbound calls, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Keep a keen eye on office supplies and equipment. Order new supplies when needed and ensure all Inventory are working optimally.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and Other Activities.
- Handle mail system, both incoming and outgoing.
- Ensure accurate data entry into appropriate spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized files and records both digitally and physically. Assist in document retrieval and record-keeping as necessary.
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Software(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
