Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager will have to lead the Quality Control team with the objective of min. NCP generation and to increase the efficiency of the organization.

Will be

**1.** **Responsible for overall reporting to Sr. Vice President of PSLLP regarding all the quality related issues in process.**

**2.** **Responsible to monitor and control the overall functioning of the quality department.**

**3.** **Responsible to allocate the work to all the subordinates and get maximum utility out of it.**

**4.** **Responsible to monitor and control over all process from the quality point of view. (From Raw Material to Dispatch of Finished Goods)**

**5.** **Responsible to coordinate with all the internal departments of organization to work as a team and to resolve/rectify all sort of issues for the proper/smooth functioning of the organization.**

**6.** **Responsible to verify all the test results of the products at various stages of process.**

**7.** **Responsible for maintaining the system in place as per the ISO/PGCIL/BIS requirements.**

**8.** **Responsible to attend all the customer audits and inspections.**

**9.** **Responsible for maintaining the records of non-conforming products and to do a complete root cause analysis of the issue to resolve it permanently for the process/system.**

**10.** **Responsible to attend all the customer complaints and analyze the same to minimize the rejections.**

**11.** **Responsible for maintaining the requirements of all the regulatory compliances such as BIS related/PGCIL Related/ ISO Related.**

**12.Responsible to coordinate on both the ends (Customer + Supplier) to receive/deliver the best quality product/services.**

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or in Metallurgy (with min. 3-4 years of experience in QA/QC and must have a sound idea of handling customer inspections/audits and customer complaints with Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
