Customer Care Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as BPO Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a variety of inbound and outbound calls. Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your language skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Update customer information accurately in the company's database.
- Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction, and sales objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company's values and brand.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Higher education is a plus.
