**Job Description** Responsibilities**:

- Quantification of the MEP trade packages for various residential projects, commercial projects.
- Support on All post contract activities.
- Market analysis for compiling Rates.
- Supporting on the report compilation.
- Commercial comparative during procurement stage.

**Qualifications**
- Education
- B.E. / BTech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical etc)
- NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
- Up to 05 years’ experience in similar role
