**ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT**
**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Calling client periodically to check invoice processing
Quarterly reconciliation (Begin mid-May and complete by end May for quarter ending Mar eg.)
After every Invoice,customer feedback to be obtained on the basis of a standard questionnaire
Daily debrief of client visit to initiate marketing engagement activity
Deep and wide (more companies in an industry / more plants or installations in the same company)
Ticket booking and planning
Printing of reports and Bill for couriers
Couriers sent duly signed and binding of reports with invoices
Maintenance of dispatch register
Tracking of couriers
Search of vendor for new required material
Order placed for procurement of material (Existing & New)
INTER DEPT (Supporting all department whenever required. E.g. LAB, Client, Sales)
Executing employee ID card/ Uniforms/Lab coats maintenance
Making arrangements for employee gate pass at client with help of CRM
Creating Contractor Job Orders on regular basis
2-5 years of experience in administrative profile
Computer Savvy for report generation and NDLOne
Excellent in MS Office specially in Excel
Min. Graduate
Looking for a highly organized person with reasonable spoken and written communication skills in English, pleasing personality and high commitment towards work.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
