International Travel Sales Executive

**Job description**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Service**:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about travel options, including flights, accommodations, and travel insurance.
- Recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries based on client requirements.
- **Ticket Booking and Reservations**:
- Book flights and travel packages for clients traveling from the US to India.
- Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers to secure bookings.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets and Performance**:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and client interactions.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and improve customer experience.
- **Market Knowledge and Trends**:
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and destination information.
- Provide clients with relevant information about travel advisories, visa requirements, and health protocols.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and client communications.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and refunds.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial transactions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
