As a Sales Executive at Namrata Ramola Branding Solutions, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting our services effectively, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM software.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of client projects and fulfillment of commitments.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹9,322.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
