Customer Support Executive

We are hiring for Customer Care Executive for an Organization.
Location: Janakpuri East, New Delhi
Experience: Fresher / Experiance Both
Language : English and Hindi both.
**Salary**: As per Industry norms
Timing: 10AM TO 6PM (6 Days working)
Qualification: 10+2 in any stream.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling active and budding clients, Inbound and Outbound process.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Regular following up with the customer.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining reports.
- Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹16,833.00 - ₹23,622.00 per month
