**Requirements**:

- Part-time job
- Duty timing 12 pm to 4 pm
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or QSR environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour.
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and special offers to help guests make informed decisions.
- Assist guests with placing orders, offering recommendations when requested, and ensuring accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, and condiment stations, to create a welcoming environment.
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient guest flow and manage seating arrangements during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly to guests.
- Upsell menu items and promote add-on sales to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Build rapport with guests by remembering their preferences, recognizing regular customers, and engaging in friendly conversation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, menu changes, and company policies to provide accurate information to guests.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
