**Project Coordinator**

**Position Summary**:
The Project Coordinator supports internal teams and external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. This position is responsible for managing many smaller projects and change requests at all project stages: planning, design, execution, and delivery. Identifying project issues and risk and taking appropriate corrective actions.

**Deliverables and Performance Measures**
- Appropriately staffing projects
- Accurately maintaining project tracking systems and keeping client informed of progress.
- Completing projects on time and within budget.

**What will make you successful**:

- 1-2 years software development project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Visio.
- Ability to manage a large number of small projects.
- Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Experience with SaaS and software development projects.

**Expected hours of Work**:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support deployments and other work demands**.**
