**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Property Identification: Research and identify potential commercial properties suitable for office space leasing.

Client Prospecting: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of each location.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.

Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions to close transactions effectively and ensure client satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition to provide clients with informed advice.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly leasing targets and KPIs.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing or a similar sales role.

Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for property visits.
