**Job Title**: Back Office Operations Executive (Fresher)
**Job Summary**:
Zorrro is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Back Office Operations Executive** to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are ready to start their career in operations and administration. You will play an essential role in supporting the daily functions of our back-office operations, managing data, coordinating tasks across departments, and helping us maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in databases and systems.
- Ensure data is accurate, secure, and up-to-date.
- Generate basic reports to support decision-making processes.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining records.
- Help schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Work with different departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners, as required.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify simple opportunities to improve back-office operations and increase efficiency.
- Follow best practices to support a streamlined workflow.

**Mapping & Allocation**:

- Assist in mapping and allocating riders for smooth operational workflow.
- Support in implementing and monitoring rider activities.
- Provide basic customer support, including handling WhatsApp communication.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of back-office processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Help address and resolve minor operational issues promptly.
- Work with team members to troubleshoot and find effective solutions to challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

**Additional Information**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
- **Schedule**: Day shift, rotational shifts, and occasional weekend availability may be required.
