**Job Description / Role**:

- Assisting in the smooth functioning of the business
- Maintain the smooth running of office through a variety of roles like administrations, client follow ups, basic account keeping, scheduling interviews and other clerical duties.
- To handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, answer phone calls and perform an array of other random essential tasks.
- Assisting in meetings, client visits etc.
- Office management and assisting other staff members.
- Welcoming guests, replying to the queries and directing them to suitable personnel.
- Keeping a check on office essentials, office systems etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in word processing, spreadsheet software, including Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Excel) & Google Docs
- Good management and co-ordination skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of office practices and methods
- Well-organised, disciplined and detail-oriented
- Ability to work both independently & as an active member of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
