Pre-primary Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching All Subjects (Pre-Primary)**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to enhance learning and development in young children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- **Curriculum Planning & Development**:

- Develop creative and engaging lesson plans based on the school's curriculum, incorporating play-based and hands-on learning approaches.
- Prepare educational materials, worksheets, and activities to support the learning process.
- Ensure that the curriculum is tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Monitor and manage classroom behavior, ensuring students are engaged and follow rules.
- Encourage children to work collaboratively, share ideas, and interact with peers positively.
- **Student Assessment & Development**:

- Regularly assess children's progress and development in various areas, including cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
- Provide individual attention and support to children who may need extra help.
- Maintain detailed records of children's progress and report to parents during parent-teacher meetings.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents, updating them on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Organize and attend parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Share advice and guidance with parents on how to support their child's learning and development at home.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**:

- Plan and conduct extra-curricular activities such as art, crafts, music, dance, and physical activities to promote overall development.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and other activities that support a well-rounded educational experience for young learners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
