Office Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Efficiently handle parcels and couriers for the office, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Maintain an organized reception area, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors.
- Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, deliveries, and other reception
- related tasks.
- Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
