**. **Work under Process Oriented Environment & Experience in Operation SOP
- To lead the operations team (Warehouse and Distribution).
- To ensure that all documentation is filed as per operational and company requirements.
- To ensure that all company equipment is handled and driven in a responsible manner at all times
- To assess workloads within the allocated team and allocate resources adequately on a day to day basis
- To assist establish KPIs and ensure that the customers’ KPI’s are met continuously as well as efficiently and cost effectively
- To observe all company quality requirements at all times
- To ensure that expenses are kept to a minimum at all times.
- To complete all month end financial processes within agreed deadlines.
- To actively promote, lead, coach and develop team members using the resources of the company HR framework.
- Trained on Basis Function of WMS & MS EXCEL

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
