As a Marketing Executive, you will be the voice of Miracify Career. You will help to spread the word about our services and increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail will be key to your success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an integrated marketing communication plan and strategies that promote our services.
- Market research, competitor analysis, market segmentation, SWOT analysis, and identify trends.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure that campaigns are executed within the budget.
- Create product brochures and write SEO-friendly content for the website, blogs, articles, etc. which engages students as well as parents.
- Generate leads, interact with them, and coordinate with the sales team to follow up.
- Organize events and webinars that help to promote our services
- Handle social media platforms, create engaging content, regular posts to attract students and parents.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Ad hoc responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing executive or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM system preferred
- Experience with B2C marketing in the educational field is preferred.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, google analytics would be an advantage
- Strong project management skills, including budget management
- **Working hours**:_ 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Saturday
