Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to senior leadership. **Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize productivity.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for executives and other team members as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- **Documentation and Record-keeping**:

- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and presentations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and databases.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Project Support**:

- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the executive team.
- Assist with research, data analysis, and presentation preparation as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior-level executives.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
- **Organization Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and managing information.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
