Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as assigned by executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
- Prepare and process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, memos, and other documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Proven 2yrs experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
