**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client requirements and objectives, and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, resolving any issues, and addressing client concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing any queries or complaints and providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in client servicing or account management roles, preferably in a digital or marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to address client needs effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
