**Job Title: VIP Service Representative - Customer Service and Renewals**

We are looking for 12 highly skilled VIP Service Representatives who have excellent communication skills in English and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales/Up-sell and Renewals. The job requires interacting with our VIP customers to provide them with a high-quality service experience, handling their inquiries, complaints, and concerns efficiently and effectively, and providing solutions to their issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts, products, services, and policies
- Identifying and resolving customer issues, concerns, and complaints by taking appropriate actions
- Upselling and renewing products and services as per customer requirements
- Achieving set targets on customer satisfaction, sales and renewals
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system
- Adhering to quality standards and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Continuously learning and improving knowledge of products and services to provide better support to customers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales/Up-sell and Renewals
- HSC passed qualification
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and two rotational week off between Monday to Friday
- Fluency in Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, North Indian, Telugu, or Bengali languages is required for respective positions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
