**Responsibilities**:

- Review documentation and perform edits to improve formatting, document flow, technical content, and graphics/diagrams.
- Edit developer documentation including tutorials and reference information.
- Ensure high-quality content with many authors contributing by using processes to ensure publishing workflows work well.
- Engage in comprehensive book building activities, encompassing a variety of guides to ensure comprehensive and user-friendly content.
- Execute the publishing process for guides, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Conduct rigorous data validation for Feature Matrix tasks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of feature-related data.
- Execute meticulous document updates on cases, incorporating the latest information and insights for effective case management.
- Implement detailed document updates for bugs, ensuring that the documentation accurately reflects the nature and resolution of identified bugs.
- Demonstrates advanced skills in using DITA XML-based authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills required.
- Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities required.

**Qualifications**:

- A background in Cloud technologies is an asset.
- Experience 5+ years
