**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Strategy**:Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and manage a content calendar for consistent, engaging posts across various platforms.

**2. Content Creation**:Generate creative and compelling content, including text posts, images, and videos.
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and shareable content.

**3. Platform Management**:Manage and optimize company profiles on major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

**4. Community Engagement**:Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the audience in a timely and positive manner.
Foster community growth and brand loyalty through active engagement.

**5. Campaign Execution**:Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on key social media metrics and insights.

**7. Collaboration**:Coordinate with other marketing team members to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and brand awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

**Key Competencies**:

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Regular office hours, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend social media events.
- Remote work options may be available.
