**Job Brief**:
**Areas of Responsibilities**:
Operations Management - Customer Retention Business Development - Strategic Planning - Fleet Planning - Cost Optimization - Warehousing
- In Bound & Out Bound - Franchisee Management - Vendor Development - Customer Service - Team Management - Process Implementation.

**Responsibilites**:

- Manage vehicle deployments, vehicle returns. Ensure smooth pilot, deployment and returns.
- Manage service operations and ensure maximum up time.
- Analysing the defects through root cause analysis and diagnosed through 4M technique and 5Why, A3 analysis.
- Manage Spare parts, consumables and other usables.
- Analyze region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Propose region-wise operations plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
- Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
- Manage region and individual performances. And, maximize company profits at the branches you supervise.
- Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
- Participate in decisions for expansion
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an operation, fleet manager or similar role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
- Fluency with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance the team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel as needed
- MBA degree in operations/ BE/ Mtech, Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fleet operations.
