SuperLabs is an Software Services Firm, you'll be part of the IT Staff Augmentation Sales team.
**Job Summary**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential clients in industries that require IT talent.
- Qualify leads by understanding their specific IT staffing needs, budget, and project timelines.
**Lead Qualification and Nurturing**:
- Ask pointed questions to assess a lead's fit for the company's IT staff augmentation services.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the type of IT skills and experience required for the client's project.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of IT staff augmentation and how it can address their needs.
- Nurture qualified leads by providing relevant information and content to keep them engaged until they're ready to speak to a sales representative.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with the Account Executives or Sales Managers on the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams like recruiting and account management to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
**Data Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like the number of leads generated, qualified leads passed to sales, and meetings booked.
- Prepare reports for the sales manager on prospecting activities and lead qualification outcomes.
**Staying Informed**:
- Stay up-to-date on IT industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to staff augmentation services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's IT talent pool and their areas of expertise.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Participate in sales training programs to develop their prospecting, communication, and qualification skills.
- May contribute to creating and maintaining marketing materials that promote the company's IT staff augmentation services.
Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹476,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
