**Position**:BPO Non-Voice Process Executive

**Shift Timing**:9:00 AM to 9:00 PM with one rotational off

Rajarhat, Newtown, Kolkata-700135.
Opposite of TCS Gitanjali park.

**Compensation**:
CTC: 2.15 Lakhs per annum
Inbound Salary: 15,800 per month

**Responsibilities**:
Execute precise data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
Provide exemplary non-voice customer service, demonstrating proficiency in English and
Hindi.
Adhere to stringent quality standards for consistent and accurate interactions.
Collaborate with the team to promptly resolve complex customer issues.
Strictly adhere to Vodafone Idea policies, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
