**Job Description**:

- Knowledge of Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing.
- Finding Faults, Repairing or Replacing Necessary Equipment
- Conducting Full Tests of the System, Making Sure the System Is in Full Working Order
- Flexible Approach to Working Hours and Location
- Completion of Necessary Paperwork and Service Sheets to Be Submitted Back to the Office
- Maintain Health and Safety in Regards to Company Works and Equipment and Recording errors.
- Provide Technical support to Clients both remotely and on-site.

Education: Diploma (preferred)

Language: English/Hindi

Experience

Technical Support: 1 year (preferred)

Total Work: 1 year (preferred)
