**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression.

2. Answer and direct incoming call in a courteous and timely manner.

3. Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

4. Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and the public with professionalism and efficiency.

5. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

6. Manage and maintain petty cash, office supplies, and equipment.

7. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

8. Assist in organizing company events and activities.

9. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery food supplies for the office.

10. Register and announce visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.

11. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth visitor experiences.

12. Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma, Graduate, a degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English-B2)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
