IT Administrator

Our Services basically has been divided into four verticals as follows: Data Analytics, Accounting, MIS & Reporting, and Back-office Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network and server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure network security and implement best practices for data protection.

Ensure proper integration and utilization of cloud technologies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services)/Microsoft Azure
- Assist the teams in the implementation and maintenance of accounting, financial and Analytical software and tools.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Provide technical support to users across the organization, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Extensive Knowledge with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Working knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
