Edtech Sales

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including school administrators, teachers, and district leaders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our EdTech solutions, emphasizing their impact on student engagement and academic achievement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of our solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the EdTech market.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progression, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management as required.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and establish thought leadership in the EdTech space.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech or educational software industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
