- This role is required to support Department and department Head in all the project activities, administrative activities and especially in government compliance requirements (NABL accreditation for example). In addition, he/she provides support and assists with the overall administration of Facilities and Operations of Department. Coordinates the support staff activities within & outside department. Assists with financial planning, procedures planning and implementation. Oversees the usage and maintenance of departmental resources. Coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned activities detailed on the task matrix.**A Day in the life**

- PP1 Vehicle capitalization for E&E testing
- Visitor Gate pass creation / Various training lists compilation & schedule communication
- And other activities would be required to add in the course of time**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B.Com/B.A/MBA**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of software’s like MS-Project, MS- Office, Team Centre schedule Manager, including resource and management loading, SAP- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and database software.- Experience in the use of general office equipment and office support technology and systems including on-line systems to enter data and generate reports, database maintenance.- Experience maintaining and balancing budgets and successfully completing projects that require basic business math.- Ability to use or quickly learn new office support technology systems and software packages (SAP/PLM)**Behavioural Skills**
