Working Days: 6 Days in Week

Total Team Size: 30

Salary : 18-35 k per month

Position: SEO Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in SEO and digital marketing

Salary Range: INR 15,000 - 30,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal

digital marketing strategies. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing websites,

conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and implementing SEO best practices

to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. This role requires a strong analytical

mindset, technical SEO expertise, and a passion for staying updated with the latest SEO trends and

algorithms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform keyword research to identify valuable target keywords for website optimization.
- Conduct on-page optimization, including meta tag optimization, URL structuring, and content

optimization.
- Implement technical SEO strategies, such as XML sitemap creation, robots.txt optimization, and

canonicalization.
- Optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking for improved crawlability and user

experience.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide regular reports

and insights.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and site speed

optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords

and user intent.
- Monitor and analyze website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates, and make data-driven

recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry changes and updates, and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other digital marketing team members to integrate SEO with other marketing

initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research

tools.
- Familiarity with technical SEO aspects, including website audits, crawl errors, and structured data.
- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Experience with SEO content optimization and keyword targeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present SEO insights and recommendations to

clients and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
