Telesales Executive

A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is responsible for making calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and build relationships in classifieds Listings Business Domain. Their responsibilities include:
- **Making calls**: Making cold calls to potential customers, agencies and managing incoming calls
- **Presenting Ads services Package**:Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services
- **Closing deals**:Using persuasive techniques to encourage customers to make purchases or arrange appointments
- **Customer service**:Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- **Building relationships**:Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
- **Maintaining records**:Keeping accurate records of calls made, sales made, and customer interactions
- **Reporting**:Reporting analysis and observations to the team lead
- **Adhering to guidelines**:Following organizational guidelines and methodology, and complying with all regulatory and legal Guidelines may work **for various businesses in advertising domain and telemarketing firms.**
