Job Title: Hotel Housekeeping Associate - Public Area

Department: Housekeeping

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, restaurants, and meeting rooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and hotel staff.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.
