**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting potential customers in the field.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet personal and company sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess target achievement.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for improving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team to align field activities with broader business goals.
- Attend industry-related conferences, seminars, and networking events to generate leads.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
