- **Administrative Support**:

- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Data entry and maintenance of databases.
- **Reception Duties**:

- Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Directing visitors to appropriate personnel and maintaining security by following procedures.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files and records.
- Scanning, photocopying, and faxing documents as required.
- Ensuring documents are properly filed and archived.

Location: Nizampura, Vadodara'

Working Days: Mon-Sat

Job Time: 10 am - 7 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
