You will be working as Buyer and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Procurement Manager. You will be primarily responsible for project procurement planning.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Planning project procurement and sourcing of the commodities
- Supporting in new vendor development & Internal estimations for the engineered commodities
- Supporting in preparing the procurement and logistics data for the commodities under your responsibility for pricing analytics
- Finalization of the orders within the estimate
- Collaborating with project management, engineering and quality functions for delivering on time and quality
- Meeting the KPI for the procurement and logistics

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Instrumentation engineering
- Minimum 10+ years experience in the field of procurement of different commodities required for electrical installations for metals, minerals, pulp & paper, mining, cranes and for materials handling projects
- Should be well conversant with the procurement and costing of commodities like IT Hardware & Software / Transformer / Light Fixtures / UPS / Battery Chargers / Instruments / LT / HT Panels, Cables, Cable Trays, Erection Materials, Erection Services
- Should be able to source the commodities all across the globe for a better price fitting to the budget of the project
