The CS will assist in handling all company secretarial functions of the company, bank related matters.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Companies Act 2013 Compliances**
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013.
- Ability to independently draft agenda, minutes; coordinating for Board Meeting agenda with various departments.
- Ensure policies, regulatory or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved.
- Filing/Reviewing necessary e-Forms, Returns, etc. with the MCA authorities as required under the Companies Act.
- Maintenance of all Board and Shareholder related documents including Statutory Registers at the Registered Office of the Company.
- CSR policy management and execution
- Coordinating with various functional heads with respect to various legal compliances, providing advisory and clarifications wherever required.
- Coordination with the Auditors i.e., Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors as well as in case of any group audit is conducted.
- Coordination and liaison with Bankers of the Company in various instances.
**FEMA & STPI Related Compliances**
- ECB reporting's and interest payment
- FLA reporting's
- SOFTEX, MPR and APR filing with STPI
**Policy Management**
Compliance with various policies of the Company such as POSH, CSR etc.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualification**
- Qualified and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) having 2-3 years of experience.
**Minimum Experience**
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
