Job Title: Extrusion Supervisor

The Extrusion Supervisor oversees the extrusion process within the manufacturing facility. This role involves managing a team of operators, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the extrusion process, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Lead a team of extrusion operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Schedule and prioritize production orders to meet customer demands and production targets.
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the team.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment issues and optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in extrusion operations for minimum 5+ years, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software systems.

Job Location - Alandi, Pune

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
