**Job Title**: Dispatch Supervisor

**Description**:
The Dispatch Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the dispatch department, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of drivers and vehicles. They are responsible for assigning routes, monitoring driver performance, and resolving any issues that arise during the dispatch process. The Dispatch Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and assign routes to drivers
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to schedules
- Communicate with drivers and customers to address any issues or changes to schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to dispatch team members

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in dispatch operations
