Job Title: Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings and explain how they address client needs and challenges.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed sales decisions.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and results-oriented approach.

Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and streamline sales processes.

Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to our products and services is a plus.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.

Professional demeanor, with a commitment to representing our company's values and image.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
