**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Pharma Sales Officer** for our Ahmedabad location to strengthen our sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our range of **OTC pharmaceutical products** (Ayurvedic and Allopathic).
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Visit GP Doctors And Chemist on Regular basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including **doctors**, **pharmacists**, and **chemists**.
- Identify, appoint, and manage new **stockists** in the assigned region.
- Ensure timely distribution and proper inventory management through stockists.
- Conduct regular market visits to enhance product visibility and track competitor activity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the **OTC sector**.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing stockist networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics and healthcare landscape in Ahmedabad.
