We are looking for an experienced Mainframe tester to join our team. You will work closely with our other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Strong expertise in manual and mainframe testing
- Good experience in mainframe modernization / automation
- Should hands on experience in batch testing using JCL's
- Good in debugging skills and has good understanding of COBOL programs, file handling, DB2 tables
- Experience in test case design at different levels (component/service, integration, end to end/user scenarios) or non-functional testing (depending on role)
- Experience in all facets of testing from Test Planning to Execution, Functional Testing and SIT
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks & methodologies (Agile Management Framework & Iterative Waterfall) and best practices
- Very good communication skills; ability to focus and prioritize and solve complex technical problems
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work along with business analyst
- Motivated self-starter who has natural curiosity. Collaborative Problem Solver
