Ovum Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive from a hospital background to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote Ovum Hospital's services and enhance its online presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Ovum Hospital's goals and objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for the hospital's website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms to attract and engage target audiences.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and optimize Ovum Hospital's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Regularly monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and drive engagement.
- **SEO and SEM**: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve the hospital's website visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, etc. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels. Monitor online reputation and take proactive measures to enhance Ovum Hospital's brand image.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
